TRIP ITINERARY

Day 1 : Dehradun → Pantwari → Basecamp :

• 7:00 AM - Meet us at the Dehradun Tehsil chowk ! near railway station We’ll start with a drive to the Patwari Village.
• > While Dehradun itself is one of the most beautiful hill stations of the country, during this drive you’ll come across splendid vistas of the Doon Valley and its sloping greens

• Reach Patwari village at around 11:00 AM. Here, you can offload any extra luggage and Get freshened up, have lunch in a hotel and then start the first leg of your trek of 3-4 hours to Nag Tibba base camp.
• Reach base camp at around 5 PM and enjoy some snacks with tea, while taking in the glorious sunset.
• At around 7 PM, a campfire will be organised, after which hot, delicious dinner will be served.
• 9:30 PM - Lights out! OVERNIGHT stay in camps.

DAY 1st MEAL

• Lunch ( Veg Thali — Roti, Sabji, Daal, Chawal, Raita, salad, achar, chatni)
• Complimentary ( Fruity, Dairy Milk Chocolate, Parle G )Snacks ( Maggie & Chai )
• >Dinner ( Veg Thali — Roti, Matar paneer, Yellow Daal, Chawal, salad,etc. )

Day 2 : Base Camp to Nag Tibba Summit AND RETURN DEHRADUN :

• 1:30 AM - Wake up call! Starting the day early is essential since we must start with the trek to Nag Tibba top before starting our descent to Dehradun.
• After a scrumptious breakfast, start the trek to Nag Tibba top, perched at an altitude of about 9,915 ft.
• Reach Nag Tibba top, and witness the stunning views of the Himalayan peaks like Swarga-Rohini, Bandar Poonch, Kedarnath, and Gangotri.
• After enjoying the view to your heart’s content, start the descent to base camp, where a delicious lunch (Rajma Chawal ) is awaiting you.
• After lunch, pack your belongings and start the descent to Patwari. After the trek, take a break at Patwari village before beginning the drive to Dehradun.
• End the journey by a drive to Dehradun with a bagful of memories.
• Drop at Dehradun before 9:00 PM.
• Nag Tibba Trek Package ends here.
• Take an AC bus from Dehradun to Delhi. This Is where we depart ways! (As per Variant)

DAY 2st MEAL

• Dinner (Bread, Jam, Butter, Chai, OR Poha, Chai)
• Lunch ( Rajma, Chawal, Pappad, Salad, achar)

INCLUSION

• Transportation : From Dehradun to Dehradun
• Accommodation: Homestay/Hotel on shared basis, Camping on triple sharing basis(Tents).
• Meals: 4-time meals Included (Breakfast, Lunch, Snacks & Dinner.
• Camping Charges: Forest Permits and camping charges Guide/Team Captain
• Safety Equipment: In case of emergency, first aid and medical kit will be available at every campsite.

EXCLUSION

• Personal travel insurance (highly recommended)
• Personal trekking gear (jacket, boots, bag, Head Torch, Trek Pole etc.)
• Any costs due to emergency evacuation
• Porter/Mule & Pantwari To Base camp And Back Vehcle charges.
• Forest Entry Fee ( ₹50 PP )
• Anything not mentioned under "Included"

TERM CONDITION

• 1.Booking amount is non-refundable.
• 2.Full balance payment must be cleared at Pantwari Village before the trek.
• 3. No refund will be provided if a traveller fails to join the group at the scheduled time, joins late, or leaves the trip before completion for any reason.
• 4. Adventure With APG is not responsible for delays or changes caused by traffic jams, roadblocks, landslides, heavy rain, snowfall or other natural circumstances.
• 5.The itinerary may be changed, delayed or modified due to bad weather, trail conditions or safety requirements.
• 6.Vehicle Seating Policy: Seat allocation in the vehicle is not managed or guaranteed by Adventure With APG. Seats will be occupied on first-come, first-served basis or adjusted mutually among travellers. This applies to both Dehradun–Pantwari and Pantwari–Dehradun journeys. Adventure With APG will not be responsible for any dispute regarding seat preferences.
• 7. Travellers must follow the instructions of the Trek Leader/Guide for safety and group management.
• 8. Personal belongings are the traveller's responsibility. Adventure With APG is not responsible for loss or damage to personal items.
• 9. Any additional expense arising from medical emergencies, evacuation, extra transportation or unforeseen circumstances will be borne by the traveller.
• 10. Alcohol, drugs, littering and activities harmful to the environment or local community are strictly prohibited.
